1. Return and Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for our return, your order must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging to be returned, any item showing signs of wear, damage or alteration may not be eligible for return.
Products that are undamaged or non-defective may be returned within 30 days of receipt, and products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return:

(a) All return applications should be made within 30 days after the order is delivered, and we will not process the return application after 30 days;
(b) The goods you return must be in the same condition as when you received them, without wear, damage, washing or alteration;

(d) If it is not a quality problem or you need to return or exchange the product due to your personal dissatisfaction, you are responsible for all relevant import duties and return fees;

(g) If you need to apply for a return or exchange due to quality problems of our products (such as thread drop, uneven sewing, unclear logo content, and logos that do not meet standards, etc.), we promise to bear the return freight for you.
(h) Please ensure that returned items are properly packaged to prevent any damage during the return process. We recommend that you choose a safe and secure shipping method and keep your proof of return and tracking number.

If we do not receive advance notice of the refund to your payment account, we will issue the refund to your wallet within a few days. Wallet balance can be used for your next purchase or withdrawn to your payment account, you will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

5. Freight

(b) If you need to apply for a return or exchange because of our product quality problems (such as clothes falling off, uneven sewing, unclear logo content, and logos that do not meet the standards, etc.), we promise to bear the return freight for you.
